# Integration Flow

The VIDA Digital signature service helps partners confirm the identity of their users by checking the information provided by the user. The process starts with verify the identity of their users by checking the information provided by the user. The service then checks to make sure the user has the necessary permissions to access the verification process and establishes a secure connection.

Once the authentication is established, the service performs a series of checks and validations on the provided information to verify the user's identity. The service checks if the user's input meets the required format and standards, performs a liveness check to make sure the user is a live person, and checks if the user hasn't exceeded their allotted rate limit for API requests.

The final step of the verification process involves comparing the user's information against official government records and performing a face match analysis.

### Verification Score

During the process of verification score will be assigned for the three main methods: Demographic Verification, Selfie Photo Verification, and Liveness Detection. Each method of verification produces a numerical score which is then compared to a pre-set threshold score.\
\
For the identity verification process to be successful, all three scores from the demographic verification, selfie photo verification, and liveness detection must be above their respective threshold scores. If any of these scores fall below their threshold, the verification process is considered as failed

**Demographic Verification Score**:

This method compares the user's demographic information, such as name, NIK number, date of birth, and address, to authoritative source records. A score from 0 to 10 is generated for each demographic parameter, with a threshold score of 10 for verification. If any demographic parameter score is less than 10, the demographic verification will fail.

**Selfie Verification Score**:

The user's selfie photo is compared to authoritative source records and a score from 0 to 10 is generated, with a threshold score of 8 for verification. A score of 8 or above is considered a success, while a score below 8 is considered a failure.

**Liveness Detection Score**:

This method checks if the submitted selfie is live or a pre-recorded image, along with additional image checks and generates a score from 0 to 1, with a threshold score of 0.95 for verification. A score of 0.95 or below is considered a success, while a score above 0.95 is considered a failure.

## Integration Options

At VIDA, we offer a range of integration options to meet the specific requirements of our partners. Whether it be through API, SDK or web-based integration, we can ensure a smooth integration process and tailored user journey.
