# Error Codes

## HTTP Error Codes

The APIs rely on HTTPS response codes to indicate the success or failure of an API request:

| 2101 | Verification failed                                                                                                                                         | The partner should send the API requests within operational hours. The operational hours as of 14th Nov 2022 from authoritative sources are from 6AM WIB to 8PM WIB |
| 2103 | There’s a temporary issue with authoritative sources.                                                                                                       | The partner should send the API request after some time.                                                                                                            |
| 2104 | ID data found, but the NIK is inactive. Please check with the local authoritative sources.                                                                  | The partner must send an active NIK in the API request.                                                                                                             |
| 2106 | NIK is not found, please check with the local authoritative sources.                                                                                        | The partner should send the NIK that is valid and active and also present in the authoritative source records.                                                      |

| 2110 | NIK is registered for a person who has deceased. | 2118 | The API quota assigned for the partner is exhausted.                                                                                                        | The partner can contact VIDA customer support at <support@vida.id> and check the assigned number of quota for the partner.                                          |
| 2119 | The API rate limit assigned to the partner is exhausted.                                                                                                    | The partner can contact VIDA customer support at <support@vida.id> and check the assigned number of rate limit for the partner.                                     |
| 4007 | The selfie is not a live face image. Please send a live selfie in the API request.                                                                          | The partner must send a live image in the API request.                                                                                                              |
| 4008 | The partner has not send the correct demographic and/or selfie data, therefore, the demographic verification and/or the face-match verification has failed. | The partner must check the parameter details of the API request body before sending it.                                                                             |
